You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. Please double check all information is correct including dates you have booked and ensure you have included all medical, allergies, intolerances and up to date emergency contacts. Please notify us asap via email thejustforkidscompany@gmail.com if you need to change anything. 

If you notify us at least 28 days before the camp dates that you would like to cancel we can issue a refund. 

Anything after 28 days will not be eligible for a refund but you can transfer to a different date subject to availability. 

Any cancellations within 48 hours of a holiday club date cannot be transferred or refunded.

Our multi-use studios can be found at A14 Telford Road, Bicester, OX26 4LD. As you enter the estate follow the road down and you’ll find us on the corner to the left. We have allocated parking at the back of the studios and plenty of on street parking too 

Our clubs are open to children age 3 years + (unless specific ages are noted due to nature of activities etc) all children must be toilet trained.

Children will need to bring a packed lunch, snacks and drinks to last the day. Water is available for children to refill bottles. We ask that all items are nut free and no fizzy drinks are bought on site. If your child has an allergy or any dietary requirements please let us know when booking and speak to a member of staff on arrival. 

We offer a £15 discount when booking 3 days in a week and £25 discount when booking 5 days in a week. We currently don’t offer sibling discount and can’t accept childcare vouchers.
